9/10/21 ***Sticking to the basics

The minute I don't watch what I eat, I lose control of my life.

The success of my life is dependent on how well I manage my eating habit.

In addition, I need to exercise.  The minute I stop exercising is when my weight shoots dramatically.

So I need to stick to the basic principles; Sleep Well, Move More, Exercise Well.
