It feels so good.  I am mentally preparing for my life as an Athlete4Life.

The jazz music in the background sure makes a difference.

Beginning tomorrow 17/10/21, I am OFFICIALLY an Athlete4Life.

First thing I need to do is eat right.

I need to get back to basics; sleep well, move more and eat right.

Then from there I pursue 59 kg.  This goal is something I have to persist.

I have no other matters to pursue.  This is my only aim.  To be thin and fast.

Then I will align back to running 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run.

I need to have the right mindset; to be thin and fast.

What is required is for me to keep a steady pace throughout the entire course.

The key to my success is my ability withstand hunger and for me to resist Sugar and Flour.

I will weight 59 kg and I will run 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run.

That is a progressive realization towards a worthy ideal.

I intend to win this battle.  IT'S THE FOOD!

I got to persist and persevere.

Let's look at things from a different light.  2021 is my best year ever.  Let's end this year with a bang.

Let's hit 69 kg by doing OMAD by end December 2021.

What is more important is to really start on a clean slate.

Basically I do that by living the life of an Athlete4Life Wordsmith beginning 17/10/21.

It is a totally different discipline altogether.  Different values and different priorities.

As an Athlete4Life Wordsmith, all I care is to weight 59 kg and able to run 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run at 10 km/hour by 25/12/24.
