>>>#7/10/21 Back to having definiteness of purpose

That's what it is.  I got to be certain of where I am going all the time.

At the same time, I got to watch what I eat.

The aim is to be the Athlete4Life.  Thus, I should not undermine the importance of diet and exercise.

Can I now shrinkwrap my daily schedule to a few vital elements and come up with a winning formula?

Here are the key ingredients:  I need energy and strength.

I'm not getting that from the food that I eat.

Let's start with addressing the basic problems:

These foods had ruined my health, create havoc with my mood, make me gain weight, make me lazy, tired, always hungry, and unable to sleep like normal:

* Number One - 3-in-1 Old Town Coffee; the worst offender

* Number Two - Jacob Cream Crackers with honey and raisins; the coconspirator

* Number Three - Bread with butter and kaya; the deceiver

* Number Four - Peanut butter and jam sandwich

* Number Five - Two servings of white rice during dinner

* Number Six - Nasi Lemak Super Combo

* Number Seven - Pisang Goreng

* Number Eight - The never satiating Digestives

This is the second week I'm struggling with depression.  Namely, because I had issues with food.

It is still bearable.

I need to solve this problem.  Then only *[] (can) I sort out my life.

* I have to say that I am probably better off by being small and simple.  Otherwise, I get sucked into delusions of grandiose.

So yeah, I start with setting the right expectation about my life right now.

Most importantly I need to be mindful that the next 3 years are pretty much a life of isolation.

Therefore my priority is back to Athlete4Life.

If I keep the perimeter small, then what matters are just the Blog, the various waves and signals, Els, and my daily routines.

These are my essentials,

Therefore, what matters is the ability to persist and persevere while I consistently stay focus.

I should not let the Ghost of the Christmas Past comes back to haunt me.

These are just past distance memories.

If I want to move on, I should not let the past gets in my way.
