After a short discussion with the relevant parties, it is confirmed that Al Araf 7:7 is divided into Xanadu and Wolfsschanze.
The Summit i[t] (is) where the 4 Kings reside. That is the highest Xanadu.
Initially, I wanted to take the personification of Akuma Saishi and make him one of the 4 Kings. He declined and insisted that I remain as who I am and continue to be one of the 4 Kings.
In exchange, Akuma will continue to be of service to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva of whom I addressed as Jizo Bosatsu.
Therefore both of them are responsible for the well-being of the inhabitants of Wolfsschanze INCLUDING those who serve as the Spartan Hoplites and especially those who are going through Prison Reform.
This is very important: Akuma Saishi is a SOLDIER OF PEACE. His role is mainly to build the entire army of Spartan Hoplites. Upon completing their service as Hoplites, they progress to become Yari Ashigaru as free men. Eventually, they can scale to Niten Ichi like everybody else.

As it is, I have high hopes for the ONE TRIBE to happen.
However, I need to prepare for Plan B.
It is something I was instructed to do. Personally I rather not do it.
Therefore I will buy the t-shirt provided I get a confirmation from the supplier. If not, I proceed with the X-Factor.
Another option is to have a 4th date on 27/12/24 as the final resort.
That is to satisfy the last request; which is KABOOM 2024 if need be.
