 I am exercising again although I cannot sprint today.

I also decided to eat breakfast.  Just for the heck of it.  I need to slowly get into the groove all over again.

What counts at this moment is my ability to move more.  I will get back on track once my mood is high again.

For the next 3 years, this will be my main focus.  I am only going to concentrate on the Athlete4Life development.

Along the way, I might talk *[] (about) the Moment of Truth but that is not my priority.

* Right, Sarah.  I might incorporate things like the Bukit Kiara Hill Run into my training routine.  What is puzzling right now is I cannot steadily progress to a longer run after I had passed the interval training phase.
