4/10/21 ***The setbacks of sugar and starch - lethargy and inflammation

When I look at these two setbacks, I realize that hunger is a very minor issue.

So today I will go back to OMAD.

I need to fight SSIDSLIP and win today.


The key is to persist and persevere.

I cannot compromise on my routine unless I have to leave the house.  Otherwise, this is how we do it.

I tell you what, Sarah.  I am a work in progress.  There are so many things I need to improve on.

I find it hard just to stay afloat at this moment.  So many hangups.

Whatever it is, I try to win the day.

So here goes...

Man, do I need some motivation to stop thinking about food.  Here is Day 1 of 66 days without Sugar and Flour.

I will still eat rice on OMAD.

Carbs make me lazy.

Therefore I need to fight the laziness with Micro Workouts and OMAD.

I need to be mindful that I am the n=1 to the Athlete4Life lifestyle.

After 3 Micro Workouts, I gain back the momentum.
