Since the end of September, I had been experiencing a down cycle.
I need to rebound quickly. Or else, I'll get sucked in even further.
The root cause of the depression is due to hypomania in early September. That is followed by a down cycle at end of September.
That means I was very stable in July and August.

What is the lesson here?
Medication doesn't solve my problem.
Alas, I still need to depend on medication.
I need to stick to OMAD.
I need to do away with 3-in-1 Coffee, Peanut Butter Sandwich, and Pisang Goreng.
Depression makes me want to sleep more, eat more, be lazy to exercise, and gain weight.
It starts now... Otherwise, I will drift further.
