 I am still who I am.  You are still who you are, Sarah.

The funny thing is, it feels like we had covered plenty of mileage and yet, we are still at the same spot.

Therefore, since we are actually on a treadmill. I am going to set the speed on cruise control.

No point rushing.  Since we are not going anywhere, I decided to mark time.

Everything is at a constant.

I will simply flow except when I execute Athlete4Life.

Other things are based on the right fit rather than the best-case scenario.
