With the receding of the melancholia, I can now start regulating my diet again.
I did mention earlier that I will adopt the mindset of God as we proceed with the journey.
What it means is I will focus on becoming a Man Fully Functioning.
In my case of being God, I will toggle between the Tip of Al Araf 7:7 and;

If I mind my own business, then I say the business of being God is about maintaining order within the universe.
Often, we think that God is concerned with who is being good and who is being bad. In reality that is pretty much an I DO, I CHECK kind of affair.
As God, my daily challenge is to strike a balance between the Yin and Yang of my Universe Within. So much so, the harmony of the Universe Within determines the harmony of the entire External Universe.
Thus, managing the External Universe is about managing the Universe Within.
With that in mind, I can completely detach myself from the External Universe and concentrate on delighting my Universe Within.

* Good, there is so much more for us to uncover, provided we are in our exploration mode. That's why I prefer for us to be interdependent instead of dependent.
