Let's put it bluntly. What I am doing now is not working.
The peanut butter and honey sandwiches. The 3-in-1 Coffee. The twice a day snacking. The two servings of rice. All are causing me to gain weight this month.
So let's go back to what works: OMAD and *[and] no sugar and processed carbs.
Let's hit below 80 kg this month. This has to stop.
I am beginning to feel heavy. All the inflammations at the joints.
I am beginning to feel lazy too.
