Once we identify the right environment, we then have to make sure that we take the right action.
I will make sure I hit 69 kg by the end of this year.
OK, I had done the ruminating and the stalling. Beginning tonight I no longer succumb to the lifestyle that I was involved in for the past 3 weeks. Time to calibrate back my routine.
Tonight I eat one serving of rice and I'll eat Nutritional Yeast.
Very importantly, I must resolve all my emotional issues
No more need to spend unnecessarily. No more need to eat unhealthily.
I had resolved the issue of buying things because I am a compulsive buyer. Same with food. I had resolved the issue that I am a compulsive eater.
In the end, I need to be emotionally stable to live the life of Athlete4Life.
As I mention, from this point on, firm is firm and emptiness is emptiness.

As of 2020, I was still obese.
The only way around it is by eating OMAD and by quitting Sugar and Flour.
I need 2 weeks to be fat-adapted again.
