Beyond that, their earnings are based on their additional skills and talents.
Ideally, all companies should have the same arrangement as the Billionaire Boys Club and do the equitable apportionment with SJ&A.
*Then we are talking about guaranteeing the Citizen-Soldiers with basic income. Depending on the pool, we can add fuel, medical, and telco as well.

Bear in mind that this is the base, they still have additional wages. So we are not denying performance-based incentives.
