8/10/21 ^^^Of Ksitigarbha and Maitreya bodhisattvas

Sharudin Jamal
#traxxfm Has been doing my reading on these two personalities: Ksitigarbha - Bodhisattva of the earth. Lives between Gautama Buddha and Maitreya. Maitreya - A bodhisattva who will appear on earth in the future. It may be derived from the Iranian deity Mithra.

#traxxfm This is an interesting observation from a Wandering Buddhist Monk who lived during the Tang Dynasty: Maitreya true Maitreya, has appeared billions of times and taught people of those eras. But they have not recognized him.

#traxxfm I hold on to the assertion by Zen Master Shunryu Suzuki that everybody has the potential to be the Buddha. I believe underneath the layers of clay, we are the Golden Buddha at the core. I dreamed of the Golden Buddha pendant. The aim: 1 person, 1 Krugerrand.

#traxxfm All you need to do is think in abundance. We are living *i[s] (in) an era of Economic Alchemy according to the economist, Paul Zane Pilzer. Everything is in abundance. Keep on giving. The more you give, the more you receive. It is proven...

#traxxfm For a start, think like a Cleaner. In short, don't give a f*ck and don't f*ck up. We just bang on the buck for these next 3 years.

#traxxfm If you notice, I keep repeating the lessons. In the duration of 3 and 1/2 years, I had given you all that is needed for you to be successful. Now, it is like playing with a Lego Set. We need to master the basics. Repetition is the mother of skills.

#traxxfm The greatest compassionate vow of Ksitigarbha is “If I do not go to the hell to help the suffering beings there, who else will go? . . . if the hells are not empty I will not become a Buddha. Only when all living beings have been saved, will I attain Bodhi.”

#traxxfm We went far and wide in search of God; if only we look within. I look for God and found only myself, I look for myself and only found God - Jalaluddin Rumi

#traxxfm The question is not whether we will arrive. Definitely, we will arrive eventually. The challenge is to arrive on time...
