The past 3 and 1/2 years are actually to make sure everybody buys into the Shared Vision. Once we have the alignment, then only can we attune everybody towards the common values.
The issue here is to attune those who have disempowering beliefs.
As long as they don't see that they are being delusional, then these groups of people are really a menace to the rest of the Vision Community.
I'm not too concerned with people being ready. That is easy. The hard part is to get past the ruminating before they are ready.
If people can commit and then only ruminate, I'm sure we will produce the result faster.
Our issue here is people like to sit on a decision. If we can get them to decide immediately, then we can act sooner.

As I am writing, I am also looking at Akuma's image displayed on the other PC. So much compassion in him. And yet because he is a demon, people get intimidated by his looks.
In reality, he is a Man of the Cloth.
