28/9/21 ^^^Won the day with an 8.3 km run

 The idea here is to stick with the plan to do OMAD LCHF with Nutritional Yeast.

It is very tempting to eat.  However I know, once I eat, I will be too complacent to workout.

The run was very satisfying...

Fuck... I feel like eating.

I had the Peanut Butter with Honey Sandwiches together with butter.  Along with it is the 3-in-1 Coffee.

I have to proceed with my exercise routine.

Food is always a challenge.

Once I am on the roll, I am unstoppable.

I fell off from the wagon for 3 days in a row.  Now is to get back on track.

Let's not worry about the weight.  As long as I can exercise regularly, I should be OK.

The benchmark is for me to run 10 km every week.

I just need to get in the groove of the Athlete4Life.  Then I'll just flow.

That's how I keep it small and simple.  Perhaps you expect more from me, Sarah.  However, as I said, I am 3 years ahead of schedule.

So I am not going to do other things beyond perfecting the Athlete4Life.
