At this point, there is no reason for me to conform. Therefore I just live life as I deem fit.
Every day I should win the day with AHAD and proceed with FMEH until I rendezvous with Els at 5:00 pm
I should proceed with SEVEN days a week Athlete4Life routine.
Rightfully, if I vary my routines, I can do a 7-day routine effortlessly.
I should not cut corners. This is a lifestyle. I decided to write my own program. Therefore I will stick to my routine until I produce the desired result.
Definitely, I have to do away with the high-carb high-fat food.

My life is a work in progress. Every day I have to keep chiseling the marble if I want to produce the Statue of David by Sept 2022.
The first requirement is the ability to withstand hunger.
The second is to avoid Sugar and Starch.
I knew this stuff, now is to manifest it into my daily routine.
I did 77 kg last Ramadan. Now I am 87 kg.
All it takes is for me to continue with OMAD LCHF.
I need to get back to the routine.
I must want 59 kg bad enough.
