28/9/21 ***Setting the right expectation

 I'm damn hungry today.  So I ate Nasi Lemak Super Combo.

I have 7 weeks to go before I finish my 10 km training program.  That means my training end in November.

After that, I will proceed with the Furman Institute of Running and Scientific Training  (F.I.R.S.T.) routine.

Monday will be Interval Training.  Wednesday will be the 5 km Tempo Run.  Friday will be the 11 km Hill Run.

That will be my routine.

I am still determined to weigh 59 kg and run 10 km/hour.  Hope is the last to die.

I am not too concerned with weight.  As long as I can be consistent with my training routine, I am OK.

What's the point of being thin but I have no energy to exercise?

Still, as a guideline, I should not exceed 79 kg.
