I just follow my own program.
That will be living the life of Athlete4Life.
I do AHAD, then I FMEH and in the evening I OMAD LCHF.
Along the way, I listen to BBB.
Keep it as small and simple as possible.
I don't want to deal with my past anymore.
Good enough I go through it once.
