 Therefore I have to go back to what works - OMAD LCHF.

I admit, my food is too rich.

3 days without exercise already got me off track.  I cannot slide into mediocrity.

I was too complacent these past few day.  In addition I eat a lot of high calorie food.

Now is about getting back into the groove.

I am already hitting 87 kg.  Not good at all.

Let's aim for 79 kg again.

For that, I need to do OMAD.  I need to suppress my desire to eat.

Certainly my habit of drinking 3-in-1 Coffee and eating Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwich with slabs of butter is not going to help.

I need to develop the mindset of a warrior.

Know what you want and pay the price.

Yesterday's victory is already history.  I need to make my mark NOW.  Today is what it really matters.  I need to win the day.
