It is confirmed that I am governed by the Collective. That should give you an indication of how unfit the general population is.
There is nothing much for me to do but to persist and persevere.
Alright then. We all start together at the same Starting Line.
You smokers start at where you are. Worry about quitting after you build the momentum.
Start every day if you have to UNTIL you get into the rhythm.
Start with exercise first. From my experience, food is more challenging although food is 80% of weight loss.
My formula is:
- Sleep at 9:30 am
- Wake up at 4:30 am
- Exercise an Hour a Day (AHAD)
- Micro workout Five Minutes Every Hour (5MEH) for 9 hours
- Eat One Meal a Day (OMAD)
Only 5 steps.
It's all depends on the sleep time. You miss the sleeping window, everything else comes tumbling down.
