Today is definitely not that day.
I have to move from strength to strength without losing enthusiasm.

From there, I just add two more layers; E.LS. and Athlete4Life.
What is lacking now is the Athlete4Life.
The main issue is food.
It's the wrong kind of food. Because of that, I lose my rhythm to sleep well.
It will take some time to correct that.
I need 2 weeks to be fat-adapted again.
