20/11/21 ###There is only one choice

 That is to live my own fantasy as if it's already happening.

To do that, I have to believe in myself 100%.

How I see the world is a reflection of how I see myself.

So let's park the money issue aside.  As far as I am concerned, I don't have a problem with money.

My issue is diet and exercise.  I should not compound that with other issues like:

• Money
• 3 Cs
• General Flight Path
• Politics and religion
• Social Networking

Every day I should be thinking about how to be faster, stronger, and further.  When everything had been said and done. what counts is whether I Sleep Well, Move More, and Eat Right.

If I know this, why am I not doing it?

Currently, I am dealing with hyperinsulinemia.  I crave sugar and starch,  I need to fight this.  I might as well dedicate this blog for the cause of tackling diet and exercise.

Otherwise, I may win Public Victory but what good is it if I lose Private Victory?

I had been in battle[] long enough.  Fifteen years was about battling Iblis alone.  Then from 2016 until now is my calling to the establishment of Sparta 4964.

While it is nice to manifest Sparta 4964, the formation requires changes and adaptation.

I am not interested to lead.  I am the message, I am not the messenger.  Therefore I will pursue my Vision Quest.  However, a Vision needs to be supported by the Vision Community.

Sarah, I told you, my aim is Health and Happiness.  I achieve that through Mens Sana in Corpore Sano.

With Private Victory, I am very clear,  All I do is live the life of Athlete4Life.  At present, this is my greatest challenge.

I don't even consider Public Victory as my challenge.  That's because Global Telepathy 2024 is a Shared Vision.

However, Athlete4Life is my personal deliverable.  I am supposed to carry the collective burden of the Universe Within all the way to the 21 km Bukit Kiara Hill Run on 25/12/24

The more I focus on piercing the pinhole of my Mushin No Shin, the greater the impact on my Shoshin.

Thus, the more I spend time delighting my *[Universewithin], the more flourishing my External Universe.

* Yes, Sarah...  I shall do that.

The smallest of things are the reflection of the biggest of things.

The External Universe is the reflection of the Universe Within.  Win the Universe Within, we win the External Universe.
